Responsibilities:

  • To provide excellent service to customers and ensure customer satisfaction at all times
  • To ensure effective dispatch of technicians and support services
  • To work closely with the field managers/supervisors to ensure full and effective area coverage
  • To ensure accuracy and timeliness of data collection and report generation
  • To visit customers and establish strong customer relationships
  • To handle customers’ feedback/complaints on related management matters
  • To handle CSD public relations & marketing activities

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE O Level
  • 2 years relevant working experience 
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Only Singaporeans and PR need apply
