Responsibilities:
To provide excellent service to customers and ensure customer satisfaction at all times
To ensure effective dispatch of technicians and support services
To work closely with the field managers/supervisors to ensure full and effective area coverage
To ensure accuracy and timeliness of data collection and report generation
To visit customers and establish strong customer relationships
To handle customers’ feedback/complaints on related management matters
To handle CSD public relations & marketing activities
Requirements:
Minimum GCE O Level
2 years relevant working experience
Working knowledge of MS Office
Good interpersonal and communication skills
