Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of Accounts (AP/AR/GL)
- Liaison with Banker, Auditor and Company Secretarial matters
- Knowledge and experience in Payroll matters
- Calculate payment and prepare cheques
- Perform banking duties and monthly bank reconciliation
- Preparation and submission of Quarterly GST Reporting and Taxation matters
- Prepare and monitor Cash Flow / Revenue & Cost Analysis
- Prepare monthly closing and management reports
- Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned by Management
- Reports to General Manager
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Accountancy or relevant professional qualification
- At least 3 years of experience in maintaining full set of accounts independently with minimum supervision
- Knowledge of accounting software, JD Edwards would be an advantage
- 5.5 working days (All employees entitled to 1 saturday off per month)
