Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new sources and maintain good relationship with existing suppliers
- Select suppliers and negotiate for the best interests to all parties
- Perform cost analysis and bid generation / quotes etc
- Monitor & document shipments from supply bases to warehouses
- Ensure that customers’ requirements are met according to specifications
- Prepare purchase reports and submit to managements
Requirements:
- Min O levels / ITE / Dip in Supply Management / Purchasing related fields advantage
- 2-5 years experience in buying of consumer IT / Electronics products a must
- Experience in dealing with retailers, wholesalers and distributors
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast changing and demanding environment
- Open to Singaporean, Permanent Resident, Dependant Pass Holders
